This meeting is focused on support, not evaluation.

Three areas have been identified in need of support.  The areas are enrollment, staff retention and academic excellence.

 
  A. Prioritizing and providing a strategic timeline
   

The focus will be on prioritizing areas in need of support, providing a strategic timeline for making progress on these three areas identified as essential areas of focus for the immediate future, and ways to involve the HOS in the process..

  1. Ability to set realistic goals and articulate strategies to reach goals, and alternatives should goals not be met.
  2. Ability to identify and put in place strategic plans to increase staff voice and satisfaction. 
  3. Ability to clearly articulate academic progress on a quarterly basis and strategic plans to address any areas of concern.
