Jill reviewed that she has been working with Susan on adjusting line items.  There may still be some line items that need further adjustments, but the overall budget total will remain the same.

The Montly Financial Statement has been adjusted with the new budget line item amounts, however there are still some expense allocations that need adjustment and these are still in process.

Jill is recommending contracting with KPI for all repairs related to the flooding loss.

She reached out to 3 companies for flooring and only received 2 quotes.  She reached out to 2 companies for sheetrock work and was unable to secure quotes.  In her work with KPI, they have a team that does sheetrock and painting and they submitted a quote.  Although there was not a competing bid, the total amount of the quote is less than the amount that the insurance company allocated for repairs and painting and therefore is recommended.  Rob Oley, from KPI, will be serving as the main point of contact for Explorations Staff Rich Gubetta.

Bob and Ginni unanimously agreed to support contracing with KPI.
