more information will be gathered and the proposal will be brought to a vote in January

global prep academy and others could be potential residents
IPS discussions continue
looking at retention issues of some staff and budget affordability of adds
PSAT - math continues to be concern SAT - happy with growth; also happy with college acceptances and financial aid packages
focused on enrollment including new hire - might consider communications firm

board goals and corporate structure discussion to occur between now and then
Angel Tree information will be coming to board
attendance ~88% November same - historical 92%
Enrollment ~279 down a couple
GPA -- ended q with 2.65; overall 2.51
PSAT - some growth in math amongst freshman and sophomores - juniors enrolled in SAP prep and added 8th period for SAT
Cultural work - Purpose Pathways, meeting with parents, and success plans
Staffing - added a staff member to ELA course, coaching and reading intervention; posted positions for math geometry, chemistry, and social work position - considering a hiring day
OEI audit last week - preliminary results were very good - impressed with engagement and expect to meet or exceed expectations on all standards
