Reviewing the bylaws defintion of the committee; The Committee on Trustees. The Committee on Trustees shall include not less than two trustees, and the Chair Person shall appoint its Chair. The Committee on Trustees shall oversee the quality of the trustees and trustees’ self-management. The Committee on Trustees shall select and nominate all candidates for the Board of Trustees, nominate Board officers, oversee trustee orientation and education, and conduct periodic evaluations of individual trustees and the Board of Trustees as a whole
