- Did not meet since last regular board meeting
- Uniform sale on July 25 from 9 AM to 12 PM in the school gym
- NEST will be meeting on August 13th at 11 AM and an option to join virtually via Zoom is available. During this meeting, attendees will determine the year's calendar for NEST scheduled activities (such as fundraisers and celebrations). Families and staff are highly encouraged to join for this meeting in particular as we aim to plan out the year ahead.

- 40 ft shipping container will be placed to the back of the school to provide much needed storage; the plan is to decorate them with community murals

Monthly report and finance discussion
R. Gevjan gave updates on financial training
- Discovered that CSP offers a monthly finance report
- W. VanHook (of CSP) will be available monthly directly prior to each finance committee meeting to meet with R. Gevjan and anyone else interested to dive deeper into the financial reporting
- Anytime we are underbudget, we will move those surplus funds to the cash balance
R. Gevjan spoke about chromebook need
- J. Sims asked for details of the reasoning behind the chromebook need
