Vision words - Stable, community, enhance growth, employee empowerment, school culture, visionary, accountability
Major challenges for the Board to track:
stable leadership, financial position, building trust/public perception, board commitment to the vision, confidence in the brand, recruitment/workforce stabilization, and enrollment.
Recruiting board members
1-Finance
2-Governance- policy creation, recruiting future board members, growing and developing the board
3-Communicator - building relationships and rapport with community members, local politics, news outlets,
4-Educator - understands education
5-Development - facilities, real estate
Recruit board members who can help grow the school.
Teachers and staff share important visions for SRCA going forward.
