B. Weimar called a meeting of the Facility and Transportation Committee of Shining Rock Classical Academy to order on Monday Apr 27, 2026 at 10:37 AM.

Approve Minutes
S. Messer made a motion to approve the minutes from Facility and Transportation Committee meeting on 02-19-26.
B. Mullinix seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Inspection Process is Complete

Russ HVAC Update
- RTU 1-7 (main gym HVAC) is currently down and in need of repair. Waiting for quote. Our York units can have long lead times on parts.
- Quarterly PM was completed on both campuses. Minor repairs needed and already completed.
- Longer term repair on Russ Ave. frozen regulators. Repair cost is approx. $10K for all units to prevent winter freezing and no heat conditions. Less expensive fixes have been tried and did not completely solve the problem.

Dellwood Campus Update
- Sale process
- Lake Junaluska Lease Update
- Finance Committee asked for Dellwood Campus facility overhead costs.
- Contractor meeting today to begin repair of flooded Dellwood Office. Insurance will cover some but not full cost of repair.
