L. Davis made a motion to closed session inviting Sara Jenkins and Andy Santaniello.

The team VOTED to approve the motion.
L. Davis made a motion to resume to open.

The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

L. Davis made a motion to Vote for items 1-7 as a block.
B. Bowser seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
L. Davis made a motion to Resolve items 1-7 as discussed in the closed session, providing authority to Andy S. to pursue resolutions as discussed this evening.
