A. Weimar called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Shining Rock Classical Academy to order on Thursday Sep 11, 2025 at 3:43 PM.

Approve Minutes
T. Inman made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Committee on 08-21-25.
S. Jenkins seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Academic Excellence

High School - incentives for attendance

SRCA December graduations
1 student will complete the requirements.
C.
HCC liaison
This person has decided not to take the position. HCC is looking for another candidate to take the liaison position.
D.
Internships HS
Internships for High School. Several interested.
Liability insurance - required. Josh will follow up.
E.
Testing Scores
Reviewed SRCA testing schools (2024-25 year data)
Positive growth.
Only K-12 school in the report.
F.
Committee membership
T. Inman made a motion to add Ashley Price and Alex Anderson as Academic Committee members.
K. White seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
