Members discussed the board's role, possible annual board commitment revisions, and working norms.

Strategic Priorities & Direction
Members discussed establishment of 2026-27 committees based on the school's priorities including:
- Governance Committee — CEO support & evaluation, compliance, policy, board recruitment, Board manual
- Impact Committee — growth/expansion, fundraising, community engagement, family/engineer recruitment
- Finance Committee – sustainability
