Call the Meeting to Order
B. Spirer called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Springfield Prep to order on Wednesday Mar 2, 2016 at 5:15 PM.

Approve Minutes
R. Olejarz made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Committee Meeting on 01-26-16 Finance Committee Meeting on 01-26-16.
B. Spirer seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

FY17 Budget
Discussion of budget detail.
- Discussion about current enrollment numbers and its impact on tuition.
- Discussion about projections - reducing projection for fundraising from 200k to 175k.
- We anticipate a surplus of approximately $225,000 to $250,000.

A.
Board Financial Training
Bill and Lynne will finalize FY17 budget and present at next finance committee. We will extend next meeting by 30 minutes to accommodate detailed budget talks.
