Discussed amendment to Code of Conduct
Change: Levels based on type of conduct and age of student
Believe this will better address student conduct appropriately
Full Board will need to vote to approve amendment

School Leader's Updates
Sarah updated committee on concerns of parent who may make meeting request to Board
School has been working with parent to resolve issue, but wanted to make sure that Board is aware.
Sarah also made a request for the Board to stock the staff fridge once a month
Board will take up the question at a future meeting
Discussed potential candidates
Setting up meetings with candidates for Kim and Sarah 1st, then will meet with Governance Comm.
Full board will need to vote on candidates after prior meetings
