K. Wagner-Grull (E, #7) called a meeting of the board of directors of Parker Performing Arts School to order on Thursday Mar 26, 2020 at 10:10 AM.

Principal's report
No updates outside of agenda items, anticipating we will have an additional meeting to follow up and determine vote or address questions once we have reviewed the material.

Revised 2019-2020 budget
Budget Highlights:
* Do not have to formally revise our budget at this time
* Currently experiencing revenue is down due (150k):
* SpotLight (68K)
* FunRun (43K)
* Venue Rentals (46K)
Suggestions
* Hourly employees being paid- do we consider a 10 day or a rest of year furlough consideration
* Unemployment get 60% of pay
* Extra $600 from government
* Teacher furlough for a total of 2 days of no pay
Board has questions for Jason from GG and/or Matt O'Mera Questions:
* Are we able to create a layoff package for TA's, what can be included i.e.health insurance?
* What is the differential we gain from making this decision?
* Is the unemployment bill being interpreted correctly?
*No decision made at this time - new adhoc meeting requested for 3/31

Rosemawr buyout offer
Learned from recent offer from Risenawr that in year 5, we have to pay 125% of the project cost plus what the cost or the price of the building, coming over at 19 Million.

* 300k savings per year within this deal (Year 1-3)

New Board Members
We have two board members to join our board- no election necessary. We will extend an offer to join the board and make it effective May 12th, 2020.
