Video/Audio Conferencing Notice: Pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, the November 17, 2020 TCAA Board Meeting will be conducted via video conference on the Zoom Video Conference platform, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication. The Board Chair, presiding officer, or trustees will not be physically present at one location, but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the video conference or phone.

Charles Reid made a motion to approve the September 22, 2020 board minutes.
Michael Wellbaum seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Daniel Bates made a motion to approve Leslie Wade for TCA+A board membership.
Leslie Scott seconded the motion.

- Will incorporate alumni and current student performing groups for table entertainment

- Continuing to grow this area with a variety of touchpoints
- Conservatories
- 80 students overall both in person and online; some students participate in more than one conservatory
