The CFO presented the FY 25-26 budget and discussed significant variances and key drivers.

FY 25-26 Budget Process
The Finance Committee will host 2 public budget meetings to review the FY 25-26 budget.

The CFO provided a status update on the 990. 990 is on track to be filed on time.

The finance committee discussed two votes:
- HVAC Funding
- Additional new campus funding
The two votes will be presented to the board for vote in the April BOD.
