David reported that CEE (ED) led the discussion with the teachers and how the teachers collaborated to prioritize the children's needs. Use of space was a major priority to ensure the spaces had the tools that are most needed.
Next steps - look again at the list to ensure that the needs are being considered for the new facility
PTCC - outdoor spaces that are presently used for elementary kids can be used for the middle school aged students
We can start to plan to have some planning sessions for the future regarding upper campus.
III. Transportation Updates
A.
Discuss Transportation Updates
Currently not getting responses from DCSD.
There are some opportunities with contracting and owning buses. There is a possibility that there is a severe time delay to own buses. This is being researched.
Outstanding question: Who would most likely utilize the buses?
There could be a huge demand for shuttles and perhaps a sports shuttle.

- Middle school and elementary school families
Lillian provided an overall update of the purchase of the new campus and where GLOBE stands time-wise regarding permitting, timeline, needs assessment, and traffic study. We do not know how long the construction will take as we are still working to get the General Contractor.
