L. Pacheco called a meeting of the Finance Committee of The GLOBE Academy to order on Wednesday Dec 7, 2022 at 8:41 AM.

II. FY2023 Financials

A.

No need to amend the budget since the lower enrollement is offset by the higher QBE per FTE

B.

Special expenses

  1. Extraordinary Item : Humidity Control Lower Campus ~100K
    1. Additional to what was funded during the budget
    2. As of now, the incremental operational can be financed as part of our ongoing Maintenance and Operational Budget. We are evaluating if an amendment to the budget is needed in the near future
  2. Extraordinary Item : Plumbing in Lower Campus Boys Bathroom : 20K
  3. HVAC  - rentin
