Reviewed the differences between the Strategic Plan Implementation Committee and the Strategic Plan Development Committee.
Reviewed the pre-development year tasks in Monday.com for the current SY 2022-2023.
1. Collecting Feedback from stakeholders and collating data into thematic buckets
2. Design & send RFP and then interview and hire external consultant for Development Year.
3. Build Monday.com platform for the Development Year 2023-2022.
Main Discussion:
Creating/editing the feedback form. Current draft in google forms. Will review Survey Monkey to see if it is a better fit for our goals. Change SWOT to SOAR. Kimberly will update feedback formed from discussion and send to committee to review, along with drafted correspondence that the will go to GLOBE community.
