Briana sent Denise the following email. She'd like for the committee to address this issue
I know I’ve mentioned this before, but I would really like to enforce the meal charge policy next school year, with your permission. This would mean turning away students who do not have funds available in their accounts. I know it may cause some “drama” initially, but I truly believe parents would begin paying balances more consistently once the policy is enforced. Please think it over and feel free to share any concerns you may have

| A. | Retire Outstanding Bonds at a Discount | Discuss | Denise Clayton-Purvis | 8 m | |
|
Raymond James approached Denise with an idea to buy our bonds back on the open market at a discount (given where interest rates are currently). This would be in lieu of retiring the bonds at par using lawsuit proceeds as we had previously discussed. We need to evaluate the financial implications and potential savings before making a decision. RayJay to provide us with numbers |
