School Specific Goals
By June 2026, WIHS will increase the percentage of students scoring in the 41st percentile or higher on both the NWEA Math and ELA assessments by at least 15 percentage points from Spring 2025 baselines (currently 49% in Math and 75% in ELA). Teachers will use targeted interventions, including data-driven instructional groups and quarterly progress monitoring, to support students in meeting these goals.
By June 2026, 70% or more of students will meet their individual growth targets in Math and ELA, as measured by the NWEA Fall 2025–Spring 2026 assessment cycle. Teachers will use targeted interventions, including data-driven instructional groups and quarterly progress monitoring, to support students in meeting these goals.
By June 2026, WIHS will increase teacher satisfaction (as measured by the annual staff survey) by 20% from the 2024 baseline through implementing a structured teacher observation and support cycle, including at least three formal observations per teacher annually, quarterly professional development aligned to staff-identified needs, and individualized coaching plans reviewed at least twice a year.
