River Valley Charter School welcomes your participation at Board meetings. The purpose of a public meeting of the Board of Trustees (“Board”) is to conduct the affairs of the organization in public. Your participation assures us of continuing community interest in our school and assists the Board in making the best decisions for our school. To assist you in the ease of speaking/participating in our meetings, guidelines are provided at the bottom of this agenda. All materials for all board and committee meetings, are available on our Board on track public portal found at rivervalleycharter.org.

  • Social media posts are happening ~1/day through school and ER - please post your child's read a thon or a general psa via your personal pages "I am a volunteer at RVCS please support the school, etc...."
  • Email from school on MONDAY FEB 2 to announce the start
  • Reminder article for the Current to encourage participation, explain the one-time donation, spreading the word + BIG THANK YOUS! for everyone helping with this
  • Friday - a reminder flyer goes home with students, Marianne has these and will drop those off at school on Friday AM
