T. Rude made a motion to approve the voucher as distributed.

IV. New Business

A. Enrollment Update

T. Reddicks shared OEI schools are at 95% of the anticipated enrollment, which puts the organization at "Meets Expectation". The next count day is Feb 1, and enrollment is anticipated to increase or stay neutral.

B. Update on OSHA Vaccine Policy Draft

J. Monk presented a draft of the OSHA Vaccine/Testing Policy for the board to review.

C. New Board Member Addition

T. Rude made a motion to vote Elsa Mendez in as a full Board member.

M. Bishop seconded the motion.

V. Operations Reports

A. Navigation Team Reports

T. Reddicks introduced Marcus Miller, Paramount's new CFO.

B. Richardson introduced Case Calvert, Paramount's Marketing and Media Coordinator.

B. Education One at Trine University Update

L. Omlor shared the progress and achievements made at Paramount Online Academy. She also shared information about hiring opportunities with Trine's graduate hiring fair. Feedback surveys will be going out to schools next week, and Paramount's feedback is encouraged. School leader evaluations are due 12/15.

C. Principal Reports

T. Gustin (Cottage Home Principal) is getting ready for formal staff evaluations. Over 90% of parents attended parent-teacher conferences.
D. Taylor (Brookside Principal) just wrapped up the first session of tutoring and preparing for the middle of year testing. The school is voting for Mr. and Mrs. Thanksgiving this week to honor staff members who are thankful for their co-workers and have developed a culture and appreciation for service.
K. Sherrow (Brookside Middle School Principal) shared the New Teacher Academy kicked off this meeting with the five-step process. Incentives have been built in to encourage students and teachers to focus on growth for middle-of-year testing.
B. Hayes (Online Academy Principal) is focused on parent communication, attendance, and preparing for middle-of-year testing.
D. Sawyers (Englewood Principal) is focused on mid-year evaluations. They are doing a lot of tours of Purdue Polytechnic High School with their 8th graders. The FACT Team has been working hard to connect families to holiday help and resources.
H. Brooks (My Learning Nook Leader) shared the successful opening of the space on November 11. There has already been interest from parents for tutoring services.

K. Beauchamp provided an academic overview for the organization. J. Monk presented the OSHA Vaccine/Testing Mandate policy draft in more detail. T. Palacios presented a draft of the COVID Absence policy review.
