Approve CEO to bind a Line of Credit with ASI Federal Credit Union with the below terms to be drawn for emergency purposes only:
- Maximum loan: $125,000
- Draw period: Open
- Repayment period: Open
- Interest: Assume 6%

Approve CEO and/or Director of Data & Finance as signatory on line of credit.

Debt service is built into our FY20 (interest only) & 21 (interest & principal) budgets as if we'll draw the whole amount.

Approve CEO to bind an interest-free Loan with the Louisiana Department of Education with the below terms to be drawn to cover the deficit in our FY20 budget:

- Maximum loan: $100,000
- Draw period: 12 months
- Repayment period: 36 months following (1/3 deducted from our MFP payments at end of FY20, FY21, FY22)
- Interest-Free

Debt service is built into our FY21 (interest & principal) budgets as if we'll draw the whole amount.

Amendment I adds required language for our School Nutrition Program. Language to be added:
