- Waiting on draft changes from Auditors.

III. Refinancing of Debt

Review Refinancing Information Received To Date
- Haven't heard back from Melissa on absorbing prepayment penalty
- Set up meeting with Berkshire Bank
- Beth to reach out to Steve Costa to schedule something for next week.
- Request release of small amount of funds left with Berkshire Bank, separate of refinance discussion.
- Ron will request directly on behalf of the Board and the School
