Follow up on items from last meeting:

• Cookbook sales-have sold 47 books for total of $635; still approximately $1200 short of paying back investment
  • will sell cookbooks at winter concert and other school events
  • Beaufort bookstore is willing to do an event and sell them in their store 
• Photo sessions- made $900 which will be split with high school
• Holiday shop- made $491.55 
• Event form for fundraising- K. Godwin will create and send to Angela

• Talent show has been scheduled for March 13 (J. Poole) 
  • Need to schedule auditions and communicate that with facilities
  • Stage concerns/logistics 
  • Need to fill out event form to secure date 
• High Tea has been scheduled for March 21 (T. Brosnan) 
  • Will start selling tickets 4 weeks out 
  • Technically "afternoon tea" rather than "high tea" 
  • Will do 2 sessions, one for K-3 and one for UE. Cap at 20 tickets per session time
  • Provide small sandwiches, teas, scones; provide a short etiquette lesson
  • T. Brosnan will work on logistics and finalize at next meeting
• Basketball game- A. Chavarria was not present to discuss; will push to next meeting
• Adult Prom- likely will work toward for next year; A. Chavarria not present to discuss; will push to next meeting
• Drive In Night - V. Romig will follow up with Hwy 21 and report back dates next meeting
• Spring Fling
  • Fundraising committee will take this over as it is a whole school fundraiser and falls under their purview; this will also relieve workload on staff 
  • Will be focus of next meeting; R. Beck will bring folder of planning information
