Call the Meeting to Order
M. Bernard called a meeting of the board of trustees of Summit Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday Nov 28, 2023 at 6:16 PM.

Approve Minutes
C. McCants made a motion to approve the minutes from October Board Meeting on 10-17-23.
V. Connelly seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Finance
A.
October Financials
- Currently have 175.9 days of cash on hand and a built-in reserve of about $2.6M.
- As of today, our current enrollment is 260 scholars. Our last per-pupil billing submitted on November 22, 2023, for January payment was for 250 scholars.
- Our budget is based on 240 scholars with an 89K deficit. Based on our current enrollment, we are looking to avoid a deficit if scholars remain enrolled in SACS.
