A.
Attendance and Discipline Updates
94.5 % attendance rate
Repeated referrals down from 7 to 2 students
Make sure all teachers are on the same page before referrals are made.
Training for new teachers .
Teachers meet with their assigned mentors.
MYP referrals cut in half from last year.

Overview of STEM and Additional Language
Takes 3 to 5 year for STEM certification
70% of students going to a school that does not offer mandrian

Brief Update of Financials (July-October 2023)
Clean audit no surprises.
Bamo (Accountant) gave Wesley a clean audit.
Great job by CFO and Business Manager

Summary of Audit
Financials are good up to October .
Closing out Novemeber before holiday break.
Revision for 2023 Financials will be in January.

ED opens up with annoucing the Wesley Fun Run raised over $30k
Chili Cookoff and Literacy Night was very successful .
Completed Gym Renovation and Audio for Auditorium.
We had a very successful audit.
Attendance has been up to 98% with teachers.

Usually about half of parents respond to surveys .
We use other resources for safety, drills, education etc
Secruity is brought up often in family tours.
Companies being considered are Open Gate, Garrett, Evolve.
Kate Boyer would like to get feedback from schools using it.
Implementation and roll out with other schools .
What is time frame?
Vote in April and install in summer.
