K. Delp called a meeting of the Development Committee of Wesley International Academy to order on Thursday Jul 16, 2020 at 4:03 PM.

Approve April Minutes
S. Quezada made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 04-23-20.
J. Marshall seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Discussing how we thank ongoing givers without the giving benefits usually offered at WWD.
Recruit new donors with email campaign, morning announcements, and potential virtual "mixer"/PTSA meeting.
Possible mailer or welcoming pack for new families that could include Red Thread.
Strong ask: Donations to Red Thread will help keep your child connected to school

Committee Membership presented in August and goals in September. We are finalizing committee chair and have a question about if this has to be a board member.
