  G. Security Camera and View Station Expansion Quote Vote
   

Using funding from the SRO grant, this expansion will allow THA to add 12 additional security cameras to our Sheridan system to alleviate blind spots and increase the safety of our school. This expansion includes an upgrade to the software system to accommodate the additional cameras and improve the user experience. Finally, it adds two viewing stations (one for FMS, one for HS) that will ensure teams have the hardware necessary for quick and reliable footage reviewing.

This engagement letter allows Tulsa Honor Academy to move from the planning phases of sponsorship to the execution phase based on the attached fee schedule. In the spirit of our good partnership, Klasko retained inTulsa’s/Elevate East’s 2024 fixed fee rates for THA until the end of 2025 -- representative of their commitment to the partnership and to be most respectful of THA's budget as a nonprofit organization. This updated engagement letter will allow THA to begin the sponsorship process immediately, not to exceed the fees outlined, leading to a possible approved H1-B sponsorship as early as January 2025.
