PFDI is assigning to GASC all property contracts, permits, due diligence and rights to pursue the purchase of the permanent school location.

Bear Creek conducted a site visit at the end of June and has presented Ziegler and GASC with a term sheet to finance the 2023 Bonds for the acquisition of the facility GASC is currently renting.
