There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 8:24 PM.

The Board of Directors reviewed candidate qualifications for the position of Superintendent. The Executive Session recessed at 5:57 p.m. for a community forum.
The Executive Session reconvened at 7:18 p.m. and the Board of Directors continued their review of candidate qualifications for the position of Superintendent.
