Audit draft attached for review. As the Federal Components related to the American Rescue plan of the audit were not in place before December 31, 2021, the auditors filed for an extension with the Louisiana Legislative Auditors (LLA) as requested by the LLA. The American Rescue Plan federal components are now complete and the remainder of the audit work will be completed by early February 2022. The auditors from Bernard & Franks anticipate having the American Rescue Plan audit complete soon and present the final '20-2021 audit at the February 2022 Finance Committee meeting. The Louisiana State components are complete as represented in the draft attached.
