Charter School Capital is offering IHSNO 3-months of an interest-free loan of $235,400. The loan does not have any program, transaction, or documentation fees. The funding period is June 2020 - August 2020. IHSNO will repay the loan in September 2020 at 70% of the September 2020 MFP payment from the LDE. The September payment of $235,400 satisfies IHSNO's obligation, placing IHSNO in a favorable position to access future funding.
