Performance Evaluation Strategies
Due to time constraints, performance evaluation strategies will be presented at the next work session. Oriol Mirosa will send email communications to the board to provide information and recommendations to determine next steps.

Student Feedback to the Board
Pouya Dianat presented to the board the importance of incorporating student participation at the board level.
Dale Scott provided an in-depth overview of the IB Middle Years Program, specifically relating to how its implemented and evaluated. A self-study was administered to the faculty/staff to evaluate program standards and practices.
