Rhonda Collins presented to the board the preliminary committee rosters. The board reviewed the potential areas where community members might serve. Barrett Krise mentioned that the Fund Development committee always has community members who are not board members.
Rhonda Collins mentioned the she is compiling documents for the board book.
IV. MyDocPort Policy Portal

Demonstration of MyDocPort
Rhonda Collins shared her screen and showed the new test website that contains the html versions of ANCS policies. She asked committee members to review the test website and to provide any comments about the website to her.
Chuck Meadows presented a few options for properties that the agents from Cushman and Wakefield identified during their search. Chuck described the pros and cons of each property.
