ANCS Overview
The task force reviewed a brief overview of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter's facts and figures, including its current charter date, standing with APS, annual budgets, and student population.

Task Force Timeline
The task force reviewed and discussed the proposed timeline for applications, interviews, and presentation of finalists to the board.

Task Force Duties
The task force divided into three groups with specific duties and responsibilities: outreach to professional networks and potential candidates, candidate screening and review, and bias training/process review.
Each member of the task force introduced themselves and spoke about their connection to Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School.
