Call the Meeting to Order
Ruth Link-Gelles called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Wednesday Feb 8, 2023 at 6:34 PM.

Approve Minutes
Rhonda Collins made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 01-11-23.
Cory Tiede seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Policy review
The Committee was supportive of ANCS adopting the APS Code of Conduct. Certain items overlap with sections of current ANCS policy; ANCS policy will be amended to align with APS policy. The Board will vote on adoption of the APS Code of Conduct at the February Board meeting.
