Rhonda Collins called a meeting of the board of directors of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Thursday Jan 19, 2023 at 6:31 PM.

Approve Minutes from the December 15, 2022 Board Meeting

Oriol Mirosa made a motion to approve the minutes from Governing Board Monthly Meeting on 12-15-22.
Ruth Link-Gelles seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Approve Minutes from the January 5, 2023 Special Called Board Meeting

Pouya Dianat made a motion to approve the minutes from Special Called Board Meeting on 01-05-23.
Ben Sutton seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Jenny Gunn provided the PTCA update.

Principals' Open Forum

Mark Sanders provided the middle campus report.

Lara Zelski provided the elementary campus report.

Chuck Meadows provided the Executive Director's report.

Vote: Succession Plan 2023

Pouya Dianat made a motion to approve the 2023 succession plan.
Cory Tiede seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Vote: ED Search Task Force

Irina Brimmell made a motion to establish the Executive Director search task force.
Pouya Dianat seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

The Education Excellence and Accountability committee report will be provided at the next Board meeting.
