Call the Meeting to Order
Ruth Link-Gelles called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Wednesday Dec 14, 2022 at 6:38 PM.

Approve Minutes
Cory Tiede made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 11-09-22.
Rhonda Collins seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Policy review
Committee reviewed Sections 4.5.3-4.5.6 and Section 4.6. Section 4.5.7 was reviewed at the end of last school year with input from the Leadership Team and guidance counselors and was not re-reviewed. Edits to that section will be voted on with the rest of Section 4.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:09 PM.
