Call the Meeting to Order
Barrett Coker Krise called a meeting of the Communications & Advancement Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Thursday Nov 11, 2021 at 9:01 AM.

Approve Minutes
Pouya Dianat made a motion to approve the minutes from Fund Development Committee Meeting on 10-14-21.
Michele Kresge seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. New Business

Updated Financial Report
Paige Teusink presented the October numbers. Our fundraising numbers are very strong, even with having to cancel Grandparents and Special Friends Day.
Narin Hassan arrived.

Campaign and Stewardship Discussions
Paige Teusink presented that the Grandparents and Special Friends Day mailing preformed very well and has out preformed the numbers for in-person GPSF Day. See attached presentation document for details.
C.
Gather & Grow Campaign Update
Paige Teusink is working on the Giving Tuesday campaign. There will be a save the date in the Courier, a school-wide email and a popup on the ANCS website. Paige will keep all the social media channels up to date and will drive and encourage supporters to participate in the Facebook match at 9am on Giving Tuesday.
The committee wondered if a Giving Tuesday coffee might be an effective fundraising effort. Paige will connect with Chuck and school leadership to see if that's a COVID testing day. If it's not then Barrett Krise will reach out to the PTCA.
Paige has designed a Giving Tuesday logo and is working on an infographic that illustrated what your donation can do for the school.
