Lee Kynes called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Wednesday Jun 9, 2021 at 8:00 AM.

Approve Minutes
Kristen Frenzel made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 05-12-21.
Ben Sutton seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Discussed ongoing policy review.
Kristen Frenzel made a motion to Recommend approval of revisions Fund Development Policies.
Ben Sutton seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Executive Director's Annual Evaluation
Discussed results of survey for Executive Director's Annual Evaluation, and plans for meeting.
