Call the Meeting to Order
Kristen Frenzel called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Thursday Dec 5, 2019 at 8:06 AM.

Approve Minutes
Meeghan Fortson made a motion to approve minutes from the Governance committee monthly meeting on 11-06-19 Governance committee monthly meeting on 11-06-19.
Lee Kynes seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Board Governance
A.
ANCS Policy review
We discussed the process of policy revision and we will divide up the category two policies for governance committee members to read and comment on.
B.
ED annual review
We discussed the pros and cons of our own evaluation versus modifying the BoT evaluation. Kristi will take a first pass on customizin BoT evaluation with goal specific questions.
III. Other Business

Nominations
A brief update on the nominations process was given by Kristen.
Kristi Malloy left.

Lee Kynes made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Meeghan Fortson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:59 AM.
