Call the Meeting to Order
Jonna Martin called a meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Monday Sep 14, 2026 at 12:18 PM.

Approve Previous Month's Committee Meeting Minutes
Evan Saadat made a motion to approve the minutes from Jonna Martin Finance and Operations Committee Meeting on 05-11-26.
Drew Waddell seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Aftercare and Nutrition Delinquency Report
Chiquetta West shared delinquency report with an update to year over year delinquencies in aftercare, driving additional action from leadership. This is a process change year over year in ownership.

Facilities and Grounds
Alastair Pullen shared facilities updates:
- Parking lot updates delayed until additional clarity on best approach. Revisit over winter break.
- Replace 2 HVAC units at MC, over fall break in October
- Added day porters, with improvements for staff and cleaning crew.
