Call the Meeting to Order
Jonna Martin called a meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Monday Apr 13, 2026 at 12:02 PM.

Approve Previous Month's Committee Meeting Minutes
Evan Saadat made a motion to Approve last month's committee meeting minutes.
Noah Young seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Investment Update
A.
Update from Edward Jones
Jonna Martin made a motion to move $50,000 USD from Calvert R6 to Vanguard ESG ex-US to round out international investments to ~15% of portfolio.
Evan Saadat seconded the motion.
We discussed the optionality to shift money back at request if desired from global financial performance and the answer was yes.
