Call the Meeting to Order
Emily Hansen called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School to order on Monday Dec 15, 2025 at 8:42 AM.

Approve Minutes
Kilamba Augusto made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 11-10-25.
Duanne Davis seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Board term limits, number of board members, and other board structural issues were discussed. Will create a survey from our discussions to distribute to the board as a whole in February.
