Set questions and timeline for April pulse survey.

Review the Policy Tracker spreadsheet and make plans for re-distributing policies to GC members for final edits. Set timeline for their review. Identify questions that need to go back to lawyers.

| C. | Nominations | |
|
Update committee on process and action items. Moving forward in the succession process, we will also look at Kristi's suggestions for onboarding new board members and refine her document (found in ANCS Board google drive) to create a set of procedures that will facilitate this process.

| D. | Creation of a task force | |
|
We will discuss issues around adding non-ANCS faculty, staff or board members to committees.To support this process we will discuss the proposal to create a Committee Composition and Support task force and will vote on this task force proposal.
