All Committee Chairs should lead a discussion that includes: 1) responsibilities of the committee, 2) draft of important goals for the year and tracking objectives, and 3) skills needed of committee members 4) assign each Board Member to a committee and ensure there is a Non-Board Member (staff or other) on each committee.
