K. Zaunbrecher called a meeting of the board of trustees of Brooklyn RISE Charter School to order on Wednesday Dec 17, 2025 at 7:04 PM.

K. Zaunbrecher made a motion to approve the minutes from Brooklyn RISE Board Meeting on 11-19-25.
L. Zhang seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Annual Intent to Return Survey
The Head of School shared the results of the school's annual Intent to Return survey to staff and discussed classroom changes under consideration for the 26-27 school year.

Discussed topics for the annual Board retreat.
V. Annual Board Assessment

To be completed by Jan. meeting
We will send out the Board Assessment in early January with a goal of completing the Assessment in advance of the annual Board retreat.
