Karen will highlight staffing, leadership, the status of our IB application, summer school, and more. 
  D. Strategic planning update
   

Karen and her team are working with EdForward and Bellwether Education Partners on strategic planning. The board will get context for this work and a look-ahead at the process, value, and future board and other stakeholder involvement.
  E. Enrollment Update
   

We'll look at where enrollment stands now and look ahead to the leadership's plans for recruitment and retention for SY23. Pre-reading for this presentation is included in the Executive Director's Report. 
  F. Finance and Facilities Update
   

The finance committee and management will highlight key elements of this month's update, including: 

  • the progress of the facilities work and payments for it
  • the implications of enrollment on the budget and the process for the budget in weeks ahead.
