The board will vote on the nomination of Shoba George to secretary.

  A. Approval of Minutes from June 2022 General Meeting
   
  B. 2023 Success Planning Update
   

Beth Blaufuss and Mary Pendleton discuss progress on the SY2023 success planning and its implications for board action this year.
  C. Enrollment Update
   

We'll look at where enrollment stands now. Members may refer to the Executive Director's report for data.
  D. Finance and Facilities Update and Contract Vote
   

The finance committee and management will highlight key elements of this month's update, including: 

  • the implications of enrollment on the budget
  • the progress of the facilities work
  • the construction contract

The board is asked to vote on the construction contract.
  E. Executive Director's Report
   

Karen will highlight staffing, leadership, the status of our IB application, summer school, and more.
